- Extract named GeminiMcpServer type (eliminates NonNullable indexing)
- Deep-merge mcpServers in settings.json (preserves existing entries)
- Warn when existing settings.json cannot be parsed
- Add test for uniqueName dedup (agent/skill name collision)
- Add test for TOML triple-quote escaping
