chore: Resolve merge conflict with qwen target
Both openclaw (#217) and qwen (#220) modified install.ts and targets/index.ts. Combined both targets: openclawHome + qwenHome in resolveTargetOutputRoot, both registered in the targets registry. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
